Inti Raymi

Inti Raymi is an ancient Inca ceremony celebrating the winter solstice and honoring the Sun god, Inti. It is considered one of the most important festivities of the Inca Empire. Held every June 24 in Cusco, Peru, the event combines ancestral rituals with theatrical reenactments, traditional music, and dances, recreating the Incas’ spiritual connection with nature and their deities.
