Day 1: Lima – Cusco – City Tour & Ruinas Aledañas
Upon arrival in Cusco, a representative will meet us and take us to our hotel.
Pick-up between 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. from the hotel for the tour. We begin at Koricancha, the legendary Temple of the Sun and a key ceremonial site of the Inca Empire. Together with the Convent of Santo Domingo, it shows a fascinating fusion of Inca and colonial architecture.
We then ascend to Sacsayhuamán, one of the greatest Inca constructions with massive megalithic stone walls and the best panoramic views of Cusco. The tour continues to Qenqo, an ancient ceremonial site, then Pucapucara, a military control point and resting place, and ends at Tambomachay, a water worship site where the Incas prayed for rain to bless their crops.

Day 2: Valle Sagrado Excursion
Breakfast at the hotel.
Pick-up at 08:30 a.m. for the Valle Sagrado tour, featuring archaeological sites, scenic views, and Andean traditions. We’ll visit Awanacancha, a textile center where you’ll see Andean weaving and local camelids. Next, explore Pisac’s artisan market and its impressive archaeological site perched atop a mountain.
The tour continues along the Vilcanota River to Urubamba, where you’ll enjoy a buffet lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Fortress of Ollantaytambo, climbing its terraces for scenic views. After the guided tour, transfer to your hotel in Valle Sagrado.

Day 3: Full Day Machu Picchu Excursion – Cusco (Expedition Train)
After breakfast at your hotel, we’ll pick you up at the scheduled time to head to Ollanta train station for your journey to Machu Picchu aboard the Expedition train.
Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, a short bus ride will take you to the Machu Picchu archaeological complex, one of the world’s ancient wonders. Enjoy a guided tour of its spectacular architecture and learn about its history and significance from our expert guide.
After the 2-hour guided tour, enjoy some free time to explore or rest. Return by bus to Aguas Calientes for a tourist lunch, then board the train back to Cusco. A transfer will be waiting to take you to your hotel.
