Day 1: Lima – Cusco – City Tour & Nearby Ruins
Upon arrival in Cusco, you will be transferred to your selected hotel.
Around 11:45 am, begin your guided city tour starting at the legendary Koricancha (Temple of the Sun), a significant ceremonial site of the Inca Empire. The tour continues to the impressive archaeological complex of Sacsayhuaman, known for its massive stone walls and panoramic views of Cusco. Then, explore Qenqo (a ritual site), Puca Pucara (a military checkpoint and resting place), and Tambomachay (a sacred water site for Inca fertility rituals).

Day 2: Full-Day Machu Picchu Excursion
Pick-up between 4:30 and 5:00 am. Travel to Ollantaytambo via Bimodal Bus, then board the Expedition Train to Aguas Calientes. Enjoy scenic views of valleys and the Vilcanota River. Upon arrival, take a short bus ride to Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. A certified guide will explain the site’s significance and Inca architecture during a 2.5-hour tour, followed by free time for personal exploration or rest.
Afterward, return to Aguas Calientes for a delicious 3-course executive lunch. Finally, take the train and Bimodal Bus back to Cusco, with hotel drop-off around 8:00–9:00 pm (subject to train schedule).
